Urgently!! Hello everybody! My name is Hanna. We are a family of refugees from Mariupol – Ukraine!! On February twenty-fourth​,​ Russia invaded our country and brutally​,​ mercilessly​,​ killing innocent people​,​ destroyed our city of Mariupol​,​ which caused stress​,​ fear​,​ horror and incredible pain for us and our children. We spent a terrible time in hell under bombs and explosions​,​ without water​,​ electricity​,​ communications and minimal food supplies before we managed to escape. What we experienced and saw in Mariupol​,​ no one will ever see​,​ even in Hollywood films. We will be very grateful to you for your help so that we can feel confident after all our suffering from the genocide of Russian troops in Ukraine. We went through terrible times​,​ every minute​,​ every second we saw death nearby​,​ bombs everywhere from all sides​,​ this terrible hum of the plane that flew to bomb us from the sky will never be forgotten. The corpses of people on the roads and under the rubble​,​ people jumping from high floors from fires​,​ all this will remain in our eyes forever. We've lost everything we had​,​ everything we've earned in our entire life. Thank God that the Almighty spared our lives​,​ but with many wounds on the soul of each of us. A Russian shell hit our house​,​ it burned to the ground​,​ nothing was left of it​,​ only ashes remained. It burned to the ground along with all our belongings​,​ our memories​,​ our hopes and the future. My husband's office and work were also burned to the ground. Our other property​,​ confidence and the future of our children were also burned or blown up. I was pregnant​,​ we had two children with us​,​ we decided that the only way out was to leave the city​,​ under bullets​,​ explosions​,​ hoping not to die. How we got out of Mariupol is a separate​,​ terrible story. We will not forget or forgive the fear and horror in the eyes of our children. We were one of the lucky ones whose car stayed on the move. Shot through by hail fragments​,​ with a broken windshield​,​ but on the move. We left with the convoy​,​ at our own risk​,​ for fear of being shot. With horror and fear​,​ having passed the checkpoints of the Russian occupiers​,​ we left Mariupol. Our journey was very long and difficult before we arrived in the USA. We are a wonderful family of five people​,​ we have three wonderful children - my daughter is thirteen years old​,​ the eldest son is three years old​,​ he is a very smart boy who loves big cars and misses Mariupol very much​,​ because all his toys are there​,​ which​,​ unfortunately​,​ are no longer there​,​ and every day he cries and he asks us to go back there to bring all his things and toys. Our youngest son was born in the USA​,​ fortunately​,​ he did not see the horrors of the war​,​ I​,​ as a mother​,​ tried to protect him as best I could. But still​,​ after the stress I suffered​,​ the baby was born a month ahead of time. People​,​ respond and help us get up from our knees and feel at least a little more confident. We need a sponsor who will help us with housing for a long time. We hope for a cozy home where only our family will live​,​ where we can feel more confident and calm. We have three children who have to go to school and kindergarten​,​ so I would like the house to be in a crowded place where there is enough infrastructure. We now live in a small two-room apartment with one toilet. The teenage daughter occupies one room​,​ so I​,​ my husband and two children huddle in one room. We are very cramped and not comfortable. If you have a free house​,​ please do a good deed​,​ let us into this house and the Lord will certainly reward you for this good. Help us to get back on our feet after all the torment and suffering that our family has endured. My husband is a very smart and hardworking man. He has been engaged in business all his life​,​ exporting food​,​ firewood and much more​,​ to many countries. And now he is hopeful and wants to start all over again​,​ from scratch. So that our family doesn't need anything. But he does not despair and believes that someday he will succeed​,​ but it takes time​,​ knowledge of English and much more. At the moment​,​ the most important thing for us remains the search for a decent​,​ safe and clean home. We get a foodstamp​,​ we don't need products. At the beginning of February​,​ our middle son will have an operation​,​ a hernia of the abdomen. Given the time for rehabilitation​,​ we will be ready to move in early March. Since our daughter is in the 8th grade​,​ of course I would like to enroll her in school as soon as possible​,​ for the end of the school year. Don't be indifferent​,​ please help us​,​ spread our story!! We hope that there will be a kind​,​ decent person who will help us​,​ become our sponsor and friend. We are very grateful to everyone!!
