Hallo​,​ wir sind eine Familie aus Niederbayern (Vater (68) Mutter(54) und Sohn(24 Student)​,​ nähe Passau und bieten eine offene Einliegerwohnung mit Gartenmitbenutzung. Haben Edelkatzen und zwei Hunde​,​ daher können wir nur Menschen mit Kleintieren wie beispielsweise EINER Katze oder einem Hamster etc.. aufnehmen. Die Wohnung ist ca 93qm2 groß beinhaltet ein schönes Zimmer mit Doppelbett​,​ Balkon​,​ Wohnküche mit Terrasse​,​ großes Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Optimal für 3 Personen​,​ maximal 4 Personen. Wie Wohnung befindet sich ca. 7km von Passau und 3km von Neuhaus am Inn entfernt. Am liebsten bieten wir den Aufenthalt auch langfristig an und helfen bei Amtsgängen und auch menschlich. Have noble cats and two dogs​,​ so we can only accommodate people with small animals such as ONE cat or a hamster​,​ etc.. The apartment is about 93sqm2 includes a nice room with double bed​,​ balcony​,​ eat-in kitchen with terrace​,​ large bathroom and living room with sofa bed. Optimal for 3 persons​,​ maximum 4 persons. How apartment is located about 7km from Passau and 3km from Neuhaus am Inn. Preferably we offer the stay also long-term and help with official business and also human.
